A:
Since you are using your own body weight, you are able to control your own intensity; Meaning if the feeling your having is too severe, it is to your discretion to continue or rest. This roller is designed for athletes to put pressure on certain areas of the back and abdominals and there may be some discomfort. Over time as your core develops, this discomfort will lessen. If you really prefer a softer roll, you can just roll on a softer surface such as thick carpet or soft exercise mat.

A:
The type of flooring can be sometimes a challenge when using our roller. For best results, choose a floor covering with minimal padding such as short or industrial type carpet or exercise mats.
